[What happens after you email]

How it works

  1. 0130 min, free

    Call

You describe what is slow. I ask where the time actually goes. If I am not the right fit, I say so on the call.

  2. 021–2 weeks

    Audit

I map how the business runs, the tools and the manual steps between them, and put a time and dollar cost on each. You get a written plan whether or not we continue.

  3. 033–12 weeks

    Build

Fixed scope, weekly updates, working software early. You see it running on your own data before it is finished.

  4. 04Ongoing, optional

    Hand over

Documentation, a recorded walkthrough, and access to everything. Retainer support if you want it; not required.

Questions

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Businesses from small teams to large, multi-location operations: e-commerce and DTC brands, wholesalers, manufacturers, agencies and service businesses. The common thread is software that does not fit how the business really works.

Do I need to know what I want built?

No. Most people arrive knowing what hurts, not what the fix is. The first call and the audit exist to work that out, and sometimes the answer is a setting in a tool you already pay for.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on how many systems are involved, so every build is quoted as a fixed price in writing after the audit. The minimum engagement is $5,000; if your problem is smaller than that, ask anyway.

Why not just use Zapier or Make?

Often you should, and I will tell you. Custom work earns its place when the volume is high, the logic has exceptions, failures are expensive, or the per-task pricing has started to cost more than the build.

Do you only work in Los Angeles?

I am based in Los Angeles and can come on-site anywhere in LA County, which helps when a process lives on a warehouse floor. Most of the work is remote, and I work with businesses across the US.

What happens after launch?

You get documentation, a recorded walkthrough and ownership of everything. Optional monthly support covers monitoring, fixes and small changes; plenty of clients never need it.

Tell me what is slow.

A 30-minute call, no charge. You will leave with a clearer picture of the problem whether or not we work together.
