[How I help]
Services
Six ways in, one goal: less time spent moving data by hand, and software your team actually wants to use. Every project is fixed-scope and fixed-price.
- 001
Business audit
Where every project starts. I look at how the work actually gets done, what you pay for, and where time and money leak out, then hand you a costed plan ranked by what saves the most, fastest.
1–2 weeks - 002
Custom web applications
Software built around your business, not the other way round. Customer portals, operations platforms and internal systems, tailored to how your team really works, from a small business to a multi-location operation, and built to stay fast as you grow.
6–12 weeks - 003
Internal tools & dashboards
The screen your team lives in all day. Built around how the work already happens rather than an idealised version of it, with the underlying data one click away.
4–8 weeks - 004
Process automation
Removing the step someone repeats every day (the copy, the paste, the export, the Friday report) and making the system do it, with failures that page a human instead of passing quietly.
3–6 weeks - 005
System integrations
Connecting the systems that should already talk: one canonical record, typed adapters for each platform, and syncs you can replay when something breaks.
3–8 weeks - 006
E-commerce operations
The back office behind the storefront. Order routing, inventory across channels, wholesale, returns and getting it all into the books without a person in the middle.
3–8 weeks
Minimum engagement is $5,000. If your problem is smaller than that, say so anyway. The answer is sometimes an hour of advice rather than a project.

Call
You describe what is slow. I ask where the time actually goes. If I am not the right fit, I say so on the call.
- 021–2 weeks
Audit
I map how the business runs, the tools and the manual steps between them, and put a time and dollar cost on each. You get a written plan whether or not we continue.

Build
Fixed scope, weekly updates, working software early. You see it running on your own data before it is finished.
- 04Ongoing, optional

[Asked often]
Questions
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Businesses from small teams to large, multi-location operations: e-commerce and DTC brands, wholesalers, manufacturers, agencies and service businesses. The common thread is software that does not fit how the business really works.
Do I need to know what I want built?
No. Most people arrive knowing what hurts, not what the fix is. The first call and the audit exist to work that out, and sometimes the answer is a setting in a tool you already pay for.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on how many systems are involved, so every build is quoted as a fixed price in writing after the audit. The minimum engagement is $5,000; if your problem is smaller than that, ask anyway.
Why not just use Zapier or Make?
Often you should, and I will tell you. Custom work earns its place when the volume is high, the logic has exceptions, failures are expensive, or the per-task pricing has started to cost more than the build.
Do you only work in Los Angeles?
I am based in Los Angeles and can come on-site anywhere in LA County, which helps when a process lives on a warehouse floor. Most of the work is remote, and I work with businesses across the US.
What happens after launch?
You get documentation, a recorded walkthrough and ownership of everything. Optional monthly support covers monitoring, fixes and small changes; plenty of clients never need it.
Tell me what is slow.
A 30-minute call, no charge. You will leave with a clearer picture of the problem whether or not we work together.
