Business process & software audit

Where every project starts. I look at how the work actually gets done, what you pay for, and where time and money leak out, then hand you a costed plan ranked by what saves the most, fastest.

[You probably need this if]

  • 01You know things are slow and expensive but not exactly where
  • 02Someone spends part of every day on work that feels like it should not exist
  • 03Several tools do roughly the same job, and renewals arrive as a surprise
  • 04You are about to buy or build software and want to be sure it is the right thing

[What you get]

  • Process and workflow map
  • Software and spend inventory
  • Cost of each bottleneck
  • Ranked, costed plan

[What it looks like]

Before → after

  • “Everything takes too long”

Five named bottlenecks, each with an hours and dollar figure

  • Three tools holding customer data

One system, with the other two cancelled at renewal

  • A plan to buy an expensive platform

A smaller custom build that fits how the team really works

How it works

  1. 0130 min, free

    Call

You describe what is slow. I ask where the time actually goes. If I am not the right fit, I say so on the call.

  2. 021–2 weeks

    Audit

I map how the business runs, the tools and the manual steps between them, and put a time and dollar cost on each. You get a written plan whether or not we continue.

  3. 033–12 weeks

    Build

Fixed scope, weekly updates, working software early. You see it running on your own data before it is finished.

  4. 04Ongoing, optional

    Hand over

Documentation, a recorded walkthrough, and access to everything. Retainer support if you want it; not required.

Questions

What do you need from me?

A few conversations with the people who do the work, read access to the main tools, and billing statements or your accounting system. I do the rest.

Do I have to hire you to build the fix?

No. The plan is yours and written so any competent developer or team could carry it out. Many clients do continue, because the person who found the problem already understands it.

Is it only for small businesses?

No. For a small team it is a few conversations; for a larger organisation it is scoped to one department or process first, then expanded.
