[The bottleneck]
A physical product line with real demand and no infrastructure. Pricing, stock and fulfilment all lived in one founder’s head and one very long spreadsheet.
[What I built]
The whole commercial layer: storefront, inventory model, fulfilment routing and the back office to run it. Built to be handed over, not to require me.
[The result]
Shipped in nine weeks and has run since without ongoing development. The founder operates it directly.
