[The bottleneck]
Stock levels lived in six places and agreed in none of them. Every reconciliation was manual, monthly, and already out of date by the time it finished.
[What I built]
An integration layer with one canonical record per SKU and typed adapters for each platform. Changes propagate in near real time, conflicts are logged rather than silently overwritten, and every sync is replayable.
[The result]
Inventory reconciles continuously instead of monthly. The month-end reconciliation, previously two full days, no longer exists.
