[The bottleneck]
Leadership had no shared view of throughput. The daily picture was assembled by hand in a spreadsheet, then argued about in a meeting that ran long because nobody trusted the numbers.
[What I built]
An operations dashboard reading directly from the systems of record. Throughput, error rate and queue depth on one screen, with the underlying rows one click away so the number is always checkable.
[The result]
The status meeting was cut entirely. The team gets the same picture continuously, and disagreements are now about what to do rather than what is true.
