Refund policy

The first call

The intro call is free, and so is the written reply to your enquiry. There is nothing to refund.

Audits

• —Cancel before the audit starts and you get a full refund.
• —Cancel once the audit is underway and you are refunded the fee less the time already spent, which we will itemise. You receive the findings produced so far.
• —Once the audit report and costed plan are delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

Fixed-price builds

• —A deposit paid before work begins is refunded in full if you cancel before the agreed start date.
• —Milestones that have been delivered and accepted are non-refundable.
• —If a project ends partway through a milestone, you pay for the work done on that milestone, pro rata, and any balance you have prepaid is refunded.
• —If we cannot deliver the agreed scope of a milestone and cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us, we refund what you paid for that milestone.

Monthly support

• —Support is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with written notice. It ends at the end of the current billing month.
• —The current month is not refunded. Any months paid in advance and not yet started are refunded in full.

Third-party costs

Hosting, software licences, domains, paid APIs and other costs charged by third parties are set by those providers. We cannot refund them, but we will help you cancel or transfer them.

If we end the project

If we have to stop work for reasons that are not caused by you, you receive everything produced so far and a full refund of anything paid for work not yet delivered.

How to request a refund

Email hello@evenbuilt.com with the project name and what you would like refunded. We reply within two working days, and approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days. If your written project agreement sets different terms, that agreement applies.
